Title: SLX problem..

My resi neck is jammed solid in section 1 it won't pull out...I've tried undoing clamp bolt completely but it won't budge..

Any ideas guys?

I had a similar problem with my CLX recently. This link would have helped. I managed to get the gooseneck out by gripping section 1 with rubber gardening gloves & twisting it out. I have now sanded down the gooseneck shaft that goes into the pole & it's working fine now ...

We all put a smear of Copaslip onto the neck before we put it into the pole.

Thanks Vin. At under £6 for a 100g tube this looks like a good investment!
