Window cleaning round for sale near mold/flint, Flintshire
£300.00 per 4 weeks, give or take a couple of ££££
I'm 59 and I can nearly do everything in one day bar a couple of houses
Established 10 years, 5 years with me solely doing all jobs
Those that don't pay cash or cheque on the day pay by bacs
Room for plenty of expansion
I haven't tried too hard to expand because I live 25miles away from the round, which is one reason I am selling, the other being I have too much work.
No problem payers
All jobs within two minutes of each other
Can introduce to customers and take a prospective buyer with me for a full day to check the round for themselves
I bought it for 5 times 4 weekly takings and that is what I'm selling for
No more no less, because I know it's worth it
All done WFP, Trad is not an option
