Lots of splashes of dark brown hair dye all over

All sorted with various poultice applications. Customer over the moon.

Glad you got it sorted In the end!  I was beginning to think we may have to turn to a repolish to sort it especially when it came off easily in your test.  Lots learned though and I bet  you now realise how important test areas are

Indeed, good to of worked through all the stages from general soil removal all the way up to the need for a poultice. Good learning curve which should make the next one a bit smoother ;)
