Thinking of getting these as i think it'll be easier standing on a platform cleaning a conny roof instead of standing on ladders.... Any thoughts?
Has any one got these?
Cheers 👍

Might be ok on flat level ground maybe to use that as a platform but still looks a bit doddgy to me.
I've found some conservatory roof jobs can be pigs to do access wise so still need to gain enough height which maybe that platform would not be ideal to try to set up nor high enough to work from.
I carry a set of conservatory roof ladders also a set of ladders with ankalad stabalisers fitted that can be used free standing as well as set of combi ladders if need be.
Mind you after saying that if that set is not too dear to buy might be worth having a play yourself to see if they work for you or not.

Bear in mind many conservatories have uneven ground and steps around them that you will need to work around. Some are very tight to boundary fences too.

Waste of phuckin' money.

i use standard 3.5.m trade ladders and a stand off if needed although im seriously thinking of getting some proper conservatory ladders as i think it would make it easier to pole roofs from a ladder.
you guys that have conservatory ladders will they fit on a 2 bar roof rack?as i have no room in the van to store them.

My pereferd choice most of the time is to use easi dec conservatory roof access system http://easi-dec.co.uk/store/conservatory-roof-access.html Bought it years ago as new from a fleebay private seller for £250.
I went for that make in the end because it has an adjustable stabaliser bar at the bottom of the ladder so can level the main section of the ladder if required which has proven does comes in very handy on jobs with uneven/sloping ground. Also the roof section comes with a kneeling tray for more comforatble working instead of resting your knees on bare rungs. Myself I don't use the roof section much as find it easier/quicker to use a wfp than having to keep taking the roof section off to move the ladder along.
My second prefered choice is to use a set of ladders with an akalad stabaliser fitted so can be used freestanding clear from the conservatory guttering.
Those easi-dec conservatory roof access systems can be transported on roof bars ok. However I found it easier and a lot less weight/hassle when transporting mine on the roof to take the bottom stabaliser bar, main ladder bar and roof section bar off and store them away in the van.
