Title: Which dip tank is best for oven cleaning

Which dip tank is best for oven cleaning gas, electric or just a tank and fill with hot water at each clean?

What is the best eco friendly cleaner to use for a dip tank?

Any advice would  be appreciated.

Each to their own  , they both have pro's & con's   
How many ovens are you doing a day ?

Electric tank will keep warm long enough ( once heated up ) to do three ovens
As gas will need to be heated up for each job 
Gas set up is cheaper
But as said each to their own
