That's a pity smudger as it’s a decent size domestic property as already mentioned.
I've roughly worked it out as approx 200m2 of roof tiles they want cleaning so has got to be a good earner for someone.

Yes nice and juicy! 4.5k 👍

Just to pressure wash roof tiles is £22.50 m2 the going rate then smudger ?
-
Can't comment, I know of some who would do that roof for £200 cash in hand, no access equipment, no safety line etc...
Others would be quoting 10k
I don't go on m2 site survey for me, to determine access, equipment, state of roof, tile type how much moss and clean down time.
But from the grainy pic give or take that would be about the price

I would have thought it's around 350sqm
£2800
It's only six hours from me :)

Which begs another question for jobs like this - is it worth travelling for ? We did an industrial estate over two weekends at Thurrock which is just over an hour from us. We took the caravan up and stayed on site Friday and Saturday night. What do others do and where do you stay ? What extra do you factor in for the nights over ? If nobody locally needs the work or the client wants their regular contractor - what do you charge ?

I've not got a problem driving for work after all I used to be an HGV driver.
£2800 - £170 diesel - £50 petrol - £100 tiles, mortar etc - £240 accommodation = £2240 for three days work. (on site)

95% of our work is away! We factor in 45p per mile, parking, overnight accommodation at around £100-£120 per two guys in a B&B or small hotel depending on where it is in the Country, daily allowance per man for food and drinks, any weekend or out of hours work, materials, labour costs and then finally profit.

we are local does this still need doing?

Hi Ben, No but I do get asked quite a bit so if you can kindly post your website link so I can find out more about your company that would be good. Then I can bear you in mind for future enquires when they come up in that area.
