I have been reading some threads in regards to cleaning red wine spills, and I am going picking up some sodium Mets in a minute from local brewing shop. And the job is in a few hours
Can't for the life of me find the dilution ratios for the powder, if someone could help asap.

That's why its best to stick to products specific for the job. The instructions are on the label and you can also get an SDS. Says a supplier.

You don't always have to use something as harsh as that either to remove red wine successfully.
