Hi everyone what's your opinions on a pole for solar panel cleaning, I have been lucky and got in with a solar panel company who want me to clean a lot of there installs over the last few years, just wondering what will be best cheers

More of a , which Brush to use ?
-
Probably need gardiner xtreme. I have a 45 ft supermax but it flexes too much to be ideal for solar panels.
-
47ft extreme (if roof mounted)

On sale as well
-
xtreme 47 with a 90 degree carbon gooseneck(so the brush is flat on the panels) with a SL flocked brush(black bristles) if your cleaning solars on 2 storey roofs.
any cheaper poles will bend too much at angles and they ll catch on the gutters
-
Carbon modular pole, less weight, more rigidity.

I've not seen/experienced the xtreme or modular poles but I was impressed with the smax which was around three years ago! Too pricey for me at the time for the work I had but for panels on roofs I had my eye on the smax45
It seems like a gamble when you can't get an actual feel for them.

the smax will still be too bendy at angles mate.forget it for solar panels on roofs.

Thanks for the advice. Just remembered why I was so impressed, I had been using an old Byersan fibre glass pole before I came across some pole called an SLX! at Daqua and he showed me the Smax, so I'll rethink this if the time comes.
