Some of you may remember me from August last year when i spannered myself falling from a ladder and breaking my ankle.  The words of wisdom paid off by the way and i didn't loose a single customer.  So thank you! 

whilst i was out of work for 6 weeks i signed up to the London Marathon  ???  i was accepted and I'm running and raising money for St John's Ambulance  ;D

to fill you all with confidence i was straight back to work the day after my cast was removed (with tears in my eyes ignoring the pain), have caught up and continued the expansion.  my training is also going well, before christmas i found it difficult to walk and now I'm running with ease and put in a 10 miler on the weekend. 

after all thats happened from the injury to now, the marathon should be a walk in the park!

no it wasn't me.  although if your still handing out freebies i wouldn't say no  ;D

I've never used any additives before but its something I've thought of trying

Marathon training is going well, I ran 14.44miles today! feeling pretty invincible at them moment.
