Title: Milk smell (Dynamall)

Treated a milk smell yesterday,office glue down.Bins leaking on carpet since xmas,office vacant since xmas.Going back to collect air mover today, there telling me still some milk odour.Just wondering if i scrub area with dynmall ,hasnt that some odour neutralising capabilities?

It may work and the Hydrogen Peroxide will help kill off any remaining bacteria. Milk is one of the worst and the first step is to try and extract as much of the contaminant as possible.

Thanks John,Microban,acidic rinse and odour neutralizer has not completely sorted it yet.

I would have first pre-sprayed with enzall, 20 min dewell ,  thorough rinse, then a light spray dynamall to encapsulate any remaining odour/contaminate. Agitate it with either a hand mit pad or a rotary depending on the size of the area.

Dont have enzall,i know powerburst is not an enzyme,would it work do?
