Title: cordless vaccum cleaner for school stairs

hi have you any recommendations please, don't want something too heavy for the cleaners

I looked at cordless, silly prices! bought a used nilfisk UZ 964 and it is perfect for the job you mention - long chord - we do a large facility with three stairwells so it will be well used! and no charging palaver. small bags but I know nilfisk and they are one of the best names in serious vacuum cleaning - amazing how much soil you can recover (from what looks like cleanish carpet) and hence less to extract when you have to wet clean or encap

I am not going to invest as don't have use for the vac anymore.

It has some wear on it but overall in pretty good condition.
