I am looking to sell my 2 commercial office cleaning contracts in St Leonards on sea East Sussex as I am looking on closing my business down due to my personal circumstances. 525
Contract 1:
Large office, Great company to deal with, payment always on time every time, have been working for them for 3 years.
Monthly Income Average: £1470
Monthly Wages Average £750
Monthly average profit £720
All cleaning materials supplied by the customer and is a very well run site, 2 staff can be supplied with the contract one of which is a supervisor who has worked there for 18 months. Very little input required as staff are happy to run the cleaning without the need for supervision.
Contract 2:
Cleaning of large office when staff are not there Monday to Friday evenings, Happy to supply staff with the contract. Have been working for this client for 3 years. Very little input required.
Average Monthly Income: £860
Average Monthly Staff Costs: 330
Average Monthly profit: 530
Combined Average monthly profit: £1251.
