Title: Domestic Cleaning Set Up

Hi, due to getting many enquiries im looking into setting up a domestic cleaning business along side my growing carpet & upholstery cleaning business.
Does anyone know of any good guides/books etc??

I think its very easy once you have come from a carpet cleaning background. We also started off as a carpet and upholstery cleaning business before we began the domestic cleaning services. (http://imperialcleaning.co.za/domestic-cleaning-services-cape-town/) It mainly came from the client demand as our clients requested the full spring clean when we offered the carpet cleaning.We started with light equipment brooms and mops, window cleaners but the domestic cleaning was very profitable. We started small but looked for hardworking staff who were pivotal to the growth of the new service. We now have steam cleaners to help with the domestic cleaning as we are trying to offer a better service compared to our competitors.
