Any body local to Ongar, Essex   ?

My niece has spilt some nail varnish on her carpet, I advised don't touch it and would try to get a local c/c to take a look,

If interested I will put up her number to arrange visit

I,m guessing  all the Essex c/c are busy then, or perhaps nail polish is no no for them .
