Title: Proforma invoice

Hi all
Client wants a proforma invoice....is that just an invoice only with the words "this is not a VAT invoice" on it ? Anybody got one i can have a look at ?

A pro forma invoice is nothing more than a quote outlining everything your charging for, if your charging VAT then
it should be included.

A pro-forma invoice will be your standard invoice with "pro-forma invoice" written or printed on it.
Once paid, submit the same invoice once again without the pro-forma wording.
