Hi i put this message in the wrong section, last time. I ve been cleaning for years but can't work out what is a alround good liquid to put in the bucket, i find fairy is to soapy and leads to smears, any suggestons, Thanks

A dash of dishwasher rinse aid with a cheap washing up liquid. Does the job fine Dai

I used to use some Rinse Aid in my water, which worked well.

However, I've now changed to GG4 with a drop of fairy liquid in the bucket to improve 'slip', it works wonders. Only thing is, GG4 doesn't provide much 'slip' so in the blazing hot weather you really need to douse the window.

Cuts down on smearing and detailing no end!

Squeegie off.
You get some suds with this unlike some others and great slip.
You can also get it in B&Q but it works out cheaper buying 5ltrs at a time

sorbo powder glass cleaner,and a touch of sorbo glide,fantastic.
