Hot air gun to warm the glue, peel the sign off and clean residue with a solvent. Do you have a hot washer ?
That works !

Hi Mark, we promote a product called Bio-Kleen adhesive label remover which will easily dissolve the sticky adhesive residue which has been left on the paintwork after you have peeled off the lettering, just spray Bio-Kleen onto the sticky adhesive residue and allow one minute dwell time then wipe off with a damp microfiber cleaning cloth. if you would like further information email  info@jskcleaning.ie  regards Tadgh
