We can vote 3 times each so if we all pick our top 3 mistakes  it will give us more idea on what we consider to be  the worst

The most important one you need to add is "Not filling out a survey form" any mistake that you make could end up with a claim and the first thing insurance company will ask for is the survey form this shows you did all your checks.

I think that would be in a 'top10 business building mistakes'  rather than a technical mistake.... We should have that as the next topic although the other top10 has not had a lot of interest
