Post by: ascjim on December 28, 2015, 09:59:06 pm
I've collected my documents as i've gone a long over the years.

It would of been nice to have one sorce were all the documents I needed like risk assesments, empolyee contracts and even time sheets could be downloadable.

What do you guys think?

What's wrong with having them on the computer?

Why would you want your customers to be able to access RAMS? You send them a copy, that's it. They store it wherever they want.

Yes, of course they will be your computer. But you need to attain the documents in the first place.
Took me years to get all mine,  used lots of sources and help from others.

Maybe it's not useful for sole traders, but people with employees or a big business would need help?

I thought your OP was suggesting it would be good to have a place to download documents ? Thats the place to do it. Obviously it can only work with user input. Are you looking for a specific document yourself ? Maybe you could upload some of yours for others to share too?
