For customers who pay online, how long do you leave it before texting a reminder about payment if they haven't paid?
Getting some ideas. Is the day after appropriate?

I don't usually bother texting them reminders most of my lot simply forget and then pay double next clean..If it was quite a new customer i might text them a couple of weeks after the clean.

Iv been wondering the same, I cleaned them first week of the month and still haven't paid, text the 3 of them ( all 3 used to pay someone else cash) I got 2 'really sorry il pay tomorrow, please prompt me if I don't pay ' and 1 'sorry, been busy il pay when I get a chance' 🤔
Some people don't won't collections and don't want it mounting up and don't like reminders! wtf

I took my wife out for dinner last week and asked the waiter for a ticket with their bank details on and said I will pay him when I can. I think I will leave it until when I go back in about 6 weeks time and pay him.
It winds me up, especially after reminding people. That's why now I've said to certain ones to sign up to GoCardless or we remove them from our schedule.

Mine get a reminder on the Friday of the week they were done (and every Friday after until paid )

14 days after clean send a text reminder.that usually does the trick 9 times out of 10. ;)

My missus reminds me about every 5mins... nagging that is to get something done ;D

I do it 3 days after the job if they haven't already paid. And then every other day.

Same for me but on a Sunday about 8pm
I'm assuming by then their sitting down and can log on. Fridays they can be down the pub

all mine get 14 days. Text goes out after 20. then another 7 days later, then a phone call.
After that they get a letter.
After 65 days, court action lettter

I don't mean for non payers. More like regular customers who need a reminder.

I send a weekly reminder, most clients improve with time.
I also promote Direct Debit & Paypal
