So......cleaned one of my old woman regulars today inside and out, came to paying and she payed, minus £5 .... Plus a bottle of MOËT and a card 😀 And said have a lovely Christmas 🎄🎅☃
Didn't have the heart to say you owe me another fiver love 😅

What would you have done 🤔🤔

Bit of a tricky one that but I would have said something like "That’s very kind and thoughtful of you but sorry luv its ten not five as I've done the inside too as agreed" Then I would gauged her reaction and depending what it was either take the extra fiver offered or would have said something like “don’t worry about it luv have the inside clean on me. Merry Christmas”

genuine mistake but if she is good customer then put it down to old age gets us all just make sure it doesn't happen again

I would let it go. The other day I was paid with a 20 pound note  (I'm in Ireland, therefore the euro is the currency). It turned out that I was up  over 7 euros on the exchange rate!

Do it once and they get that price in there head. Had it with 2 old lasses. Both £1 short. I let it go :)
