Title: Relay not kicking in

I've got a 12v / 24v Intelligent Split Charge Relay 100amp from Grippa tank.

The relay doesn't always seem to kick in, it can be very random, sometimes not coming on at all.
All wiring has been checked countless times.

It seems to work ok on my other van.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm no expert (by any stretch of the imagination) but could it be that it detects the battery is fully charged and doesn't "switch on"?
