Title: multiple ibc tanks joining

afternoon chaps and chapesses
any advice or recommendations on the best way to hold approximately 4  thousand litres of pure water per day.
currently have 2 ibc tanks linked but need a great deal more water daily

not rocket science but always interested in good advice

oh yeah - any recommended places to buy them from

You can buy hose kits or diy plumb them in yourself like this example which I think is the better option

2 linked at the bottom 2 linked above with dump valve, I went this way as its a smaller footprint and when transferring to the van it hasn't got time to suck the first tank dry

you fill one of the top tanks and transfer from one of the bottom tanks

your set up - does it fill and shut off automatically ?

Not at present, it's all timed, the water is fed in to the top pair that are joined to keep the water level equal then as the bottom pair are being emptied the vale for the top pair is opened and gravity fed into bottom pair, takes around 9 hours to fill the top pair so that's done through the working day.

pop this on one the top tanks outlet with 50mm one side and 13 or 20mm other, the 50mm will go in line line giving you a spare outlet, connect this to your lower tank on a float valve this will make it  fully automated
