I cleaned carpert p-prop looked great checked with customers the day after left great review 7day latter I get this pic say iv done something her carpert.is it possible iv could caused this.am new carpet cleaning been in training course.I could be wrong but on the pic look me like carpet been scrubbed am thinking she may spilt some?

Looks like a red wine stain been removal attempt with something which has browned the carpet. You can see a reddy tinge around the outside.
If you didn't carry out any stain removal work on the job then stand your ground and explain that this has been casued after you have cleaned the carpets.

All I did was pre spray and rinse chem spec f 90
