Title: Pump Controller Help PLEASE!!

I purchased an ECO-FLOW  pump controller a few years ago with the idea of setting up a van mount.
Unfortunately I lost the instructions and wiring diagram.
Can anyone help.
Needs to work with a Sureflow 100 psi pump.
