Post by: Lakes and Pennine on December 05, 2015, 11:33:52 am: Flooding roads bad here, just been out to have a look and through quite a bit of wood off lake road, though there was a big pile making its way out of the lake as well. Water in gardens up to houses on river sides and its starting to flood down near penrith.
trouble will be when tide is in at Solway and water starts to back up
its still raining and set to rain till tomorrow.

Probably, not my problem. Should I have waited until the forecast looks good for a few days then?

mate called to borrow a pump to stop his house flooding. water up to his landy bonnet on penrith side of langwathby bridge
