Not what you need, is it?
Does anyone know where to start with this?
Cheers

Hi Owen, have you made any changes lately. Something as simple as having capital letters in a heading can cause problems. Do you have your address showing on your page, if you don't have customers coming to your address, google sees this as a violations.

Have you 'verified' or 'validated' or something similar via an email from 'Google'? I say this because there is a very very convincing scam notice that I received and I am positive someone will act upon it - and probably end up losing their google account!
I posted this on FB earlier (don't know if it helps but people should know anyway):
PLEASE BEWARE ----- SCAM ALERT!!
I got this through yesterday, and didn't realise it was a scam because of the link that it goes to (it actually looked genuine). But luckily I sussed it in time - however the page that it goes to is very convincing and I'm sure if someone gets this email they may panic and give their google account details away.
Once I started to get them through for other sites it certainly became clear. The destination sites are are either (poss others too):
www.googleclientproof.org
www.googleclientauth.com
www.googleclientauth.info
www.googleauthentication.org
The actual main page on these sites have nothing on them, it is the link in the button that will take you to a particular page on the site with your details ready to 'verify', 'update or 'update google account' or something similar.
The landing page is identical to google sign in - it would fool anyone!
The emails are allegedly from support@googleaccountsupport.com, there is no such domain.
IF YOU CLICK THE BUTTONS AND OFFER YOUR DETAILS, YOU MAY LOSE YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT!!

Thanks Kevin for the heads up, that would ruin your day.

Hi Kev
Thaks for the info. I don't think it's that though. The thing is I haven't lost the Google account, that's still up and running, it's just the business page and prescence on Google maps that seem to have gone.
Pretty bad news for SEO and business in general. I don't know what's best to do about this - contact Google somehow, make a new page?
