John, did you ever ordered there, are they actually exist?
Ordered few bits from them, paid about 160 pounds and no sign from them. Two emails sent and contact number is just a fecking machine.

I've bought several motors from them before.
Last time one of a pair arrived dented. Difficult to
communicate with sometimes, but replacement motor
sent by 24 hr courier, with instructions to collect duff
one. sorted very quickly.

I got some 2" vac hose earlier this year and some cuffs and solution hose, was good service!
I think they sell via eBay too but items 5-10 quid dearer iirc

never a problem . he even replys on sun evening .   perhaps you messages are going to spam filter or something ? try using a different e-mail perhaps
