Title: triger for water flow

hi chaps. At the moment i have a control valve for my water, ive seen pics & read on here some of you guys use a triger. I would like to give one a go cause i reckon it would save at least 20% water.

ive a tucker pole so my water feed goes up inside the pole which is 6mm microbore, im sure i can get round that problem.

Can anyone please tell me where or what to use.

Hi Macc,i use a Numatic wet and dry carpet cleaner trigger,the hose barb on the trigger is ideal for 5 and 6mm hose,heres a pic

Macc,i was fortunate enough to have a mate who owns an electrical appliance sales and repair shop and he had a few he gave me,they are about £25 new,i know it`s a bit dear but well wort it

I have the same trigger as you, to fit to my pole when i change over to wfp, question is how do you find it in use, and what size hose and pump do you use? sorry for all the questions buddy.

Hi Jeff,i find the trigger is perfect,iv`e got them on all my poles,i couldn`t work without them,water is on/off at you fingers as you work and the triggers are a perfect size,
i use 5mm clear hose running up the poles and 6mm microbore hose in yellow from here http://www.altecweb.com/home.asp?cat=Subcategory4300 (cheapest you will find) and free nextday delivery over £30 ,
my pump is a 100 psi Shurflo with a Varistream,

I am pleased to hear it, I can't wait to put mine into action.

I am very surprised that its not a standard fitting, you hear of some guy's having to return to there trolly's to turn off the supply, others you hear have remote controll's and have some problems with them sometimes, so why don't manufacturers fit them as standard.

I was lucky with mine I salvaged mine from an old carcher carpet cleaner.
