Been asked to clean this expensive rug. Its from John Lewis and 100% wool.
Has anyone cleaned similar and if so how? Cheers(http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1448468919_Screenshot_2015-11-25-14-28-24.png)

Mmm, I'm not sure but I'd definately let the customer know that the train track stain will probably be hard to remove....
-
It's machine made Belgium rubbish.
£160 new

If you screw it up you'll probably get railroaded ;D
-
Stephen, just clean it the same as a wool carpet. Check for colour fastness first though, however its unlikely it will bleed.
One extra thing you can do with rugs is turn them upside down on a sheet and vac them from the back in a couple of different directions this will knock out a lot but not all the dust from inside, you may be surprised how much comes out.

Thanks Robin
