I don't think I have been on schedule since the day I started so if I couldn't do it back when I hadn't a full workload there's
not much chance of it happening now, ah well such is life.

Joining this forum hasn't helped. ;D

On schedule, having been behind with holidays, but we're still filling up the second van. Besides, the weather hasn't been too bad here other than a couplee of days last week. I think it's just worth saying that even if you aren't behind schedule, if it's your intention to work in the rain when you are full, you should still get out and work. Consider it as training.

I have 2 jobs that are not done , But because of on going ground works which have been dragged out for months and a ridiculous effort to get parked on one part of an estate they ain't getting done anytime soon 2 weeks behind and 4 attempts to get them its becoming a real pain .

;D ;D ;D
im obsessively organised sean at times.although i havent always been like this. ;)
work gets cleaned 4 weekly,6 weekly,8 weekly virtually to the day every time(apart from holidays).obviously i juggle some 6/8 weekly jobs around a bit that are away from ultra compact work but i keep to a pretty tight schedule usually.
strangely i get satisfaction from it! :o :)

Miles behind , basically missed a month , so I'm up to date . Lol
My daughter has got HSP , Lasts about several weeks so I'm having to care for her a few days a week .
Work comes second , more to lif than worrying about being on time .
Frost a tad today , oh know the cold weather is here

I'm about a week behind, its always the same this time of year.
I'm curious about how others work things on cleaner planner when they start getting behind?
So say you get to the end of that week with 2 days not done, do you move them over to the next week, or leave them where they are and just add them to a worksheet when there ready to be done?
Currently I end up shuffling work around if get behind, which can take a while as I have to look weeks ahead to find free space.
-
4 weeks. A week off for a bike ride to Paris, 2 weeks in Egypt and working on my own now have all come together at the same time.
Anyone want to buy 2K of work? Basingstoke.

They stay in my list of jobs not done - then I try to juggle work around to squeeze them back in. Parts of my round remain bang on time whilst others are hopelessly behind. I suppose I could make everyone a month late but I don't tend to do this. Any new work I take on I point out I'm hopelessly unreliable due to being seriously overloaded - strangely they still want me. I'm either brilliant or too cheap. (both probably).

Cancelled two 3 story sky light jobs today because of strong wind otherwise I'm up to date!
-
About £500 behind. So half a day.
-
I'm about 10 days or 2 weeks behind,it always stays that way as soon as it looks like I'm breaking the back of it the weather becomes awful and puts me back there again.
-
I'm a good few days behind now. It wasn't just about weather; I recentlly took on a load of new work and I'm still finding my way around. It'll be fine once I've done it a couple more times and committed it to memory.
-
Was 2 weeks behind now 1 week behind.
Was going out today.
But was snowing heavily this morning, then turned to heavy rain.
Had the choice to go out 11-ish beautiful sunny day.
Unfortunately gale force winds.

about 10 days behind. snow started last night was going to do a half day today but cancelled it when i looked outside everything was frozen solid.
-
2 small jobs to do Monday, then done for the month.
Got all scheduled work done last week including 3 new cleans. Don't know what all the fuss was about
-
I am always behind if I wasn't then I wouldn't have enough work if that makes sense
-
I change how I do things now. Instead of keeping to a strict schedule, I now give myself a 4 weekly target to hit. It works for me anyway. It's meant I don't get bogged down in falling behind and working Saturdays is now pretty much a no go (apart from the occasional commercial, conservatory clean etc). Occasionally it does feel like I've fallen behind but because I try and take 4 weeks off a year it always levels itself out. It can get rather stressful keeping to a schedule :D
-
Nearly always in front . All next weeks 8 weeklys got done last week . Flying through the work . I've changed them all to 7 weekly over the last year without telling one customer . No one has noticed or commented . Half of next weeks 4 weeklys got done last week . If I keep this up Xmas break will start on the 21st December , with all work completed and not due back till the new year now I've said that the van will probably blow up tomorrow and the lad will break his arm . ;D
-
about 2 1/2 week behind, with 4 1/2 weeks left to xmas its a case of trying to do monthys once and fortnightly twice
-
About a week behind (8 weekly) and still picking up new custys at the same time. Got custys booked in for pre-xmas cleans and due to take my 2 week hols on 3rd january. It's starting to get interesting ;D

Generally 50-70 jobs behind in winter but always on the ball in summer, customers dont care if they dont see me in winter, its dark when they go to work and dark when they get home, apart from the retired of course. i know who likes a regular clean, good thing about being established i suppose.
