Other day cleaning one and the plastics on the roof were covered. It came up clean but in the little grooves of the moulded plastic some bits just would not remove. Felt the flocked brush was just too soft n splayed out too much. Think i was just being too ocd lol

i use a stiff gardiners sill brush usually. its great for getting in the grooves on roofs,i also use it for some f/s/g jobs.in fact ive got a f/s/g clean booked in today and this will be my brush of choice.
i never use a flocked brush for add on jobs.the bristles are too soft to get into the nooks and crannys effectively.

A gardiner long arm swilve helps too as you can simply swilve the brush to scrub longways instead. That way I found gets the stiff sill brush bristels in a better position to scrub conny roof frames and any groves.

Try hydrogen peroxide,I know it sounds dodgy and in concentrated quantities it is but if you use 3-10% concentrate then it should be fine and it's great to watch it all bubble up,don't worry it's absolutely fine infact hydrogen peroxide or its chemical name h2o2 is just water with and extra oxygen molecule added to the mix,it will cause no damage as long as you stick to the suggested concentrates.It kills all bacteria and will definitely loosen up those hard to get rid of stains.
