Has anyone any tips on accessing the brushes in these electro vacs as had mine a year so thought it maybe a good idea?

mine wore out at about the year point , but i had some brushes i got from the states with another order .

see in this link the little fitting tool , i didnt have one so i had to fashion one and do a bit of giggling and poking , u just pull them out but u cant really push them in without a tool .

(id say the bit about not suitable @220v is nonsence , cant see why not .

but id say they are of a universal type as these look the same as these ameteks
