Usually within about 15 mins just changed trucks and was all sorted in no time at all , Although on the odd occasion over the years it has been the next day they are usually open till about 12.30-1pm  on a Saturday .

I always deal with the Carterton office and they have always been great had a motor claim non fault and a household claim this year and i couldn't fault them at all in both cases .

has anyone a good insurer with good price,   only 1 years ncb,  but 11  on private car

best quote £325        added legal expense = £20  = £345,     but high excess   vol  £200      compulsary excess  £200   =  £500 excess

A plan are normally very good at getting back to you. I have been with them for 2 years and have just renewed last month.I found them to be the cheapest  and one of the few that  don,t charge a fortune for having a tank in the back.

i probably would if they gave me a price for my insurance,
still havent got back.
Very bad practice ???

if they could not match my renewal price then they should have told me.

its common practice for insurance companys to either match or beat there competitors price.

this is how they work.

speaking of 20 years experience of getting best price on motor insurance.

i have a van and a car i insure,    so its a no brainer that i would look for not only the cheapest insurance premium   but also the best   for me to benefit from

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ???

Johnny which office are you dealing with as said above i use the Carterton office Dan the man left a  while ago and he was always spot on . I have dealt with Nicky she is also the claims handler and has been very good .

The question i ask myself every year is could i get it cheaper else where  most probably yes , But in the aftermath of an accident  will another insurer be able to provide me with a  suitable van with a fully fitted system or a Pick-up Truck i can put my diy system in .

Or will they insure my truck  with a strapped in water tank despite a pick-up been a great vehicle with a double bulkhead far better than a van , It can or was a P.I.A  to find an insurer  will to insure someone with my set up .

a chap called Andy,    didnt mention which office,    just phoned number on here,  through switchboard , sent through to Andy.
ill give them a ring in morning,    i know they offer van set-up if you are off the road.      this would be a bonus.

ill let you know the outcome

Your welcome , Bloody heck big difference going to contact Adrian Flux out this week and see if their any cheaper once i get a price on my renewal and see if they will provide me with a L200 or similar for a courtesy vehicle .

One question to ask though is if your van is fitted out diy will you get a van the same size as a courtesy van that your tank will fit into in some cases maybe not , At least every make of truck will easily take my 400ltr flat tank .
