That's a hand pump to pump up the tyres if needed.

Here is another variant.

This cleaner is in a soft water area  so uses a di vessel to fill his tank as required.

Snow chains?

Stick to estates where the roads are gritted.

You don't drive so you severely reduce your business transport options. I think you have to honestly question why you think you can make this work, especially wfp.

Maybe leaflet distribution would be a better part time option to consider.

Mmmmmm.  Yes.    Thanks. Spruce.

Sorry, I didn't mean to be reply in a bullish manner.

We had a traditional cleaner in our part of the world about 12 years ago. He couldn't drive and had 3 or 4 ladders strategically left at convenient places on his round - with customers.
He couldn't make the job work and stopped cleaning. He never collected his ladders either.

He left the area, got a drivers licence and has a big round where he lives now. He is fully wfp.

There was another cleaner who used a home made barrow with 2 wheels to transport his ladder and equipment. Haven't seen him for ages. He also didn't drive (banned as he liked the bottle too  much.)  Whilst he was making an effort to continue with his round, it just didn't look professional.

We also had a couple who used to walk their round taking it in turns to carry the ladder. They aren't around either now and we have a couple of their customers in the street we work.

Got a young lad around our way cannot drive but carries a ladder and bucket to empty and wash down gutters £20 a time on bungalows . Reckons he would rather do that than sign on .
