Evening Chap where have you been hiding.
Is it one building or is it split into houses if you know what i mean.
To do the whole building i would look at around £200

I would want a closer look.

I've started to price on the time it takes.
I priced a job not too long ago very similar to the one you have pictured , just a bit smaller.
It totalled £125 & it took me just over 3.5hours. Iwas happy with that.
Remember prices will vary across the country.
The £400 Ross posted people might pay elsewhere but you know aswell as me people won't pay that sort of money down here.

Craig , it took about 3 hours , will be quicker next time i should imagine , i wanted to spend a while on it to make sure it was spot on first time in , it could help to get the other end ones !
And thats not all , the house itself is part of an old loony bin , it has chapels ,pottery workshops hospital wings and loads of other stuff which has all been converted to houses , loads of yet untapped .
And get this , the w/c before me used to do the main house i got off a ladder !

With what your picture shows I would look for £180 for the whole house. If it took you 3 hours then maybe I would consider dropping to £145 but would want to see the whole building first.
Nice one to have though, well done mate.

Thanks Trevor , the trouble is with the southwest , they dont like big W/C bills , i would rather go in a bit low and get the job , if there is one thing i cant stand its 10 mins pack up move on 10 mins pack up days , too much time packin up when i could be on one site for half the day and earn double .
True my pricing does need a bit of work , but that will come in time .

you have to look at it as if you were cleaning it by hand , if it is georgeon i would charge 12p a pane ground 15 p a pane on first floor , then a premium for 2nd floor which as to be 20p a pane.
You will find that formula will give you at least £25-£30 an hour , even more when you get used to doing it

For abuilding that size, and all georgian too, plus the fact it is 3 floors, I would be up around where Ross priced it too.
Could you imagine doing that trad and how long it would take you?
3 floors of big georgian windows?
My price would be cheaper than I would clean it were I doing it trad, but only by about £50 or so.

I would say £175-200, spend the whole day there take your time. Not bad for a days work on your own.
Most people would have to work 3-4 days or even a week to earn that and in a crapy job too. ;D

i quoted a house the same size at £1000.00 but they got someone else ....but they have to hire a cherry picker and the price they went for was £3000.00

I'm relocating to Banbury :o :o :o
