Hi all,
I'm new to the carpet cleaning game and need some advice on the following :
Prespray or microsplitter and why?
is it better to use warm water for prespray and rinse?
Would you recommend to agitate the carpet cleaner as well as the prespray? ( I have a sebo duo )
I clean mostly vacated flats for a letting agent, currently use prochem products....any recommendations on different products best suited to this type of clean?
Thanks in advance guys and gals :)

your best bet would be to get a course booked up mate..........
also do lots of searches on here, theres a lot to learn and you wont learn it all of an interet
forum, although it will certainly help get you going, it helped me when i started up, but i went
on a course pretty much right at the beginning.

put in simplest form
determine what type of carpet you are dealing with
vac with decent vac (not henry type machine)
apply a pre spray
agitate
dwell if required
rinse
so many factors determine which pre spray to use, whether m splitter or other wise,
but as above, get on a course asap before going out and working on folks carpets is always a good idea.....
how you rinse depends on what pre spray youve applied,
hot water always helps
everyone has their own favourite chemicals which you get used to with experience..
