Title: A little encouragement

did a place for an old lady today, she opened the window I had just done (which annoyed me a bit), to tell me she is 95!
She opened it again (which annoyed me a bit), and said, "By the way, the windows look lovely, I've never seen them looking so clean", she's got all her marbles.  I reminded her I was using a new method, she said, "Yes you told me, pure water, it really makes them shine!"

Dear old girl of 95 made my day!
