Hi, looking to buy any small or medium round in the LEEDS, WAKEFIELD, PONTEFRACT area,  also willing to purchase any small out of the way areas anyone wishes to offload.

best of luck, been looking for over a year. the odd fiver a house trad round comes up but nowt decent

Ive built a £1400 pcm.
Looking to sell the round as a whole, all the work is based in Huddersfield.

It had been 4 days with no reply at all & non from you since the thread started. It also wasn't in an area you specified you was interested in but apologies if you think I was I trying to hijack your thread. I haven't had any contact with the seller.

Yep its my thread cos i opened it looking for rounds for sale,  them are the replies im looking for, if anyone else is looking to buy a round fine , but if someone replies offering work, its not the done thing to jump in and try buy it first.  is it, when im the one advertising.
