Title: Laptop for George

So my tower has finally given up

Need a laptop probably only to use George program on

Any recommends

Cheaper the better as not need it for much else

acer aspire.my first one lasted 5 years.i bought one last year for around £230.does the job. :)

battery life is good(around 7-8 hours)

Should be plenty of Windows 8 laptops on sale just now. If you don't need a disc drive then a net book is cheaper.

I bought a tablet with keyboard from argos for 160 with windows 8..works a treat with George I take it out in the van :D
