Title: pump not pumping!

hi guys, hope you can help.... i had to take my pump out today. and now its pumping but i have no water at the brush!!!! have i?/can you? wire it up the wrong way? so that it would just suck air into the water tank??? thanks for any help. i am getting rather flustered!!!!

Sounds like an airlock possibly, Iv had a few in the past, I usually leave the pump running and disconnect/ connect the hose a few times , eventually, the airlock goes

i had it running for 15 mins!!!! undid the d.i and a small hiss of air came out but that was it!!!!!

Maybe not wired the wrong way but did you put the hoses back the right way ?

Most likely airlock - with the hoses connected unscrew the pump from where it's mounted and turn it on then jiggle it about a bit - it will help if you can then unplug the outlet side hose
