Evening
There was a thread a while back that had a letter to tell customers that you now acceot direct debit and about signing up to it but cannot find the post as the poster deleted it.
Has any one got one I can use.

I've been leaving one of these with most customers... Its on an A5 sheet.

It's worked wonders because its given the customers an incentive to sign up.
