I've found that whenever I try to attach my pole to the trolley it makes the trolley difficult to manoeuvre.
Not sure if this could be applied to a sack truck but when I purchased my Freedom Trolley I got them to supply me one with the lower hook on the handle removed. That leaves just the upper hook on which I hang my reel of hose and bucket with a small amount of water and hand tools should I need them. This leaves my other hand free to carry my pole. On large areas of my round I don't need hand tools so I leave the bucket and just carry the hose and a hand sprayer (with diluted viro-sol for those stubborn greasy marks you occasionally find) on the trolley.

I used to attach a pipe clip to my trad belt and one to my ankle and simply clip my pole to the side of my body, I used to walk abit Funny as I couldn't straighten one leg when walking but at least I didn't have to go back to the van and carry my pole separately

No photos mate, but you've just gotta imagine walking to each house like one of the queens soldiers- March March March!! ;D

Anyway what's a trad belt . ;D

Why do u need to push the trolley in the first place?
-
Don't know what you mean . You need to push it or pull it . I have only put 10 metres of extra pole hose on it . Maybe extra 5 metres would have been better . But he still pulls it house to house . Just been talking to him . He says he would rather pull the trolley with one hand with pole in the other , says thT is really easy .

Why not get a reel and have 60 metres of hose on it, treat the trolley as if it's a tank instead of a portable thing. So, sit the trolley on the ground next to your vehicle, plug your reel into its outlet and just walk to each property your cleaning with the hose in one hand whilst it's unreeling from the reel and pole in the other. Just like everyone with a fixed tank in the back of their van does. Wheeling a trolley around doubles the time used per clean. Total waste of time and effort.

This has got to a windup, please tell me it is. Surely you didn't do this? Seriously.

Are you or ur mate connecting your pole hose straight to the trolley? Or have you got like a 50 meter or 100 meter hose on a reel inbetween?
If not, I bet your back would be in pain after a day of lifting that trolley in and out of ur van
