Title: WHO USES TEXT LOCAL AND THE MONKEY EMAIL THING FOR CLEANER PLANNER

how do you find it works with customer not being able to text back and how are everyones email campaign etc going using mail chimp thanks

Customer can text back, you just need to put your phone number in the sender name box. Don't use mail chimp at the moment but may use in the future.

I prefer that they can't text back. Why would they need to?

I use both. Mail chimp is great for email campaigns - Mrs. S x

[/qutote]that  dont make sense, so if  you text them, and they say for instance   please dont do them we are on holiday and the alarm will go off and inform the police you dont want a reply?
