Title: some strange people!!

Had a quote to do today , Large bungalow ,needs the carpets cleaning and a price for his drive and paving.

He has just bought the place and moving in shortly, any way priced the carpets £400  , ok he said "will you take £350 " yes fine £350 it is , now for the pressure washing , not wanting to go to high as I already had the carpets in the bag I said again £400 , well knock me down with a feather he said " make it £500  you cannot possibly do that for £400  :o   

Booked them both in, but how strange expecting him to ask me to come down and he ups the price.

Ha ha weird! Some people are strange, maybe he thought ah maybe I shouldn't have knocked him down, he looks like a decent bloke - I'll give it back to him on the drive?

Maybe he is expecting you to do both for £500.... ;D

Some people like to be in charge and like a discount I'd have done exactly the same thing, big bungalow though.
