Customer forgot to leave lock off gate, so I used 5 tubes, and was doing quite nicely from outside the fence when this happened !

Had this happen with alley poles before. It was a bit dangerous lol.

Most carbon poles used for guttervac clearing are just tapper fit sections so not clamped at all which is a big design floor if you ask me unlike the clamped semi telescopic omni ali poles that have never come apart unexpectedly on me..
I suppose one way to help stop the carbon tappered sections coming apart whilst working is to temp gaffer tape the joins together

Only happens very rarely, normally when I am too lazy to clean em after use ;D

hated using gutter vac. have one with old metal poles which we use don commercial stuff. eastern trading vac. size of r2d2 and big genny to run it. also they never ever get the heavy stuff out.
