Am sure if you ask the main suppliers of Pole systems they will sell you all the parts required although I think it would be cheaper just to buy one after taking into consideration the time etc...

You can by an 18ft pole for around £85 nowadays.

You'll need to find out if you are in a hard or soft water area.
