Title: WANTED!!!! 400L lay flat or swap for 650 upright Surrey

I've been on the lookout for a 400 L lay flat tank for ages but they all seem to be just to far away from me in Surrey. Is there anyone local in the south selling one or willing to swap with my 650 L upright ?
