Title: Circular Orange mark???

Hi Guys

Cleaned a carpet today and a mark the size of a tennis ball has appeared, light orange in colour the carpet is Biege.

Ayn Ideas?

Yike, sounds like its been bleached. I bet the customer has used Vanish or something similar.

I have photo's of 2 carpets that have been turned 0range because the custy used vanish!!! I would ask her to show you what she uses on spot stains and how she went about it  and then tell her that she did it with the vanish which the soil had stuck to before you cleaned the soil off revealing the stain. Good luck.

What method and products did you use on the clean?
