Cleaned this one about a year ago, on the basis of £120 monthly or £150 2 monthly.
She tried to arrange her 2nd clean whilst I was away on holiday and couldn't get hold of me, so called another company who has obviously now let her down. (Or she's pee'd off).
I had planned to have this week off with the kids, but decided to accommodate her, as it's quite an easy job for the money. Have since booked in a roof clean because I was now working today, which I have now moved forward this morning, so I could finish early.
Aaaaaarrgghhhh rant over ;D

That what happens when you accommodate messers ;D

Totally agree, but then if I could get £120 to £150 a pop then I might be tempted to jump through the odd hoop
for them especially if it was easy work.

Yes you could but better when the date suits you best if wanting to have time off with the kids.

Dump and move on...

Well that went well! ::)roll
Done the clean and she wants a few internal windows cleaning. Did the utility door no problem, then she asks me to clean a few higher windows. It's a barn conversion with marble flooring and she expected me to climb a ladder and clean then.
The result is she doesn't want me back because I refused point blank! Good bloody riddance, miserable snooty cretin

She dumped him ;D

I had no intention of returning anyway. She showed me an invoice of her 'other' window cleaner who was quite happy to clean those windows for her last time. Funny how she can't seem to get hold of him.

All she asked was for some extra internal windows to be cleaned ???

Call yourself a window clearner and I bet she was thinking that too ;D ;D ;D

I was in one of those moods where I couldn't be bothered to accommodate her, because she cancelled the job earlier this morning. If I'd have gone first thing as planned, i'd probably have cleaned the insides for her. Not something I like doing though, especially for stuck up t***s
-
Never mind as you may get a call from her next year thats if it don't rain ;D
-
;D ;D
I bloody hope not!

Personally, I would not have done it after a last minute cancellation like that. The text screams "high maintenance customer".
-
Easy money 8 weekly! ;D
The clean took 45mins
-
But she don't want you anymore until next year ;D
